Aluminium Graphene Battery

Nordische Aluminium-graphene battery technology represent a cutting edge advancement in energy storage that harnesses the unique properties of both aluminium and graphene to improve the performance metrics such as energy density, charging time, and cycle life.

 

Aluminium carry trivalent ion Al³⁺ charges, allowing it to store a larger amount of energy compared to single-valent ions like lithium (Li⁺). Here Aluminium which serves as the anode, acts as donor, and graphene is used as a cathode material which increases the overall conductivity  and specific capacity of the battery.

 

The energy storage mechanism in this type of battery is significantly enhanced by Nordische’s Engineered graphene which has a ability to conduct and accommodate large amounts of aluminium ions efficiently without substantial volume changes.

Lead Ultra Carbon Battery Technology

Lead acid batteries are inexpensive compared to competing battery technologies, have a significantly lower Energy density, and cycle life. Significant improvements in the cycle life of conventional lead-acid batteries has been achieved by incorporating NES’s proprietary 2D engineered carbonous materials into the negative plate instead of conventional carbon black/activated carbon. This process and material makes the lead acid battery act like a electrochemical Pseudo capacitor. Carbon modification has provided new life to the aging lead-acid battery technology, enabling its use in hybrid vehicles as well as stationary storage.
The new Lead ultra carbon batteries focus on sustainability by extending battery lifespan through new nano-scale engineered carbon integration. This reduces the frequency of replacements and minimizes environmental impacts.
